Ingredients  

  • 3 to 4 Lobster tails 4oz
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Start by thawing the lobster tails if they are frozen. Please place them in a bowl of cold water and let them sit for about 30 minutes. After giving them a good rinse.
    3 to 4 Lobster tails
  • Cut your lobster straight tails down the middle with your shears or knife. This is different from the butterflied lobster tails method.
  • Next, add butter, minced garlic, and olive oil to a medium-low heat skillet. Once the butter melts add in your lobster tail.

  • Place the 4 oz lobster shell face down into the skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, and ground black pepper.

  • Turn the lobster tails over and sprinkle the whole lobster with the salt and pepper over the top of the lobster tails.
  • Ensuring that you are cooking lobster tails for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove the lobster tails from the skillet and gently squeeze lemon juice over the top of the shell, and add alongside your favorite sides.
