Ingredients  

  • 2 Cans Pinto Beans
  • 1 7 Ounce Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  • To medium heat, saucepan, add your olive oil, seasonings, and chopped onion. Sauté until softened.

  • Next, add your pinto beans, chilies with sauce,seasonings, and bay leaves to the pot. Give everything a good stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Once it's boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the saucepan, and let it continue to cook for about 10-12 minutes. This will ensure that everything is heated through and the flavors meld together beautifully.
