Ingredients

  • 6 Pork chops Bone in or Boneless
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning salt To your liking
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Black pepper To your liking
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder to your liking
  • 1 to 2 Cups Flour Self-rising
  • 1 to 2 Cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • To a bowl add in all of your seasonings, then mix well.
    1 tablespoon Seasoning salt, 1 tablespoon Ground Black pepper, 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • Add your flour to a zip lock bag, then add in half of the seasoning and mix the flour together well. Sit to the side.
    1 to 2 Cups Flour
  • With the other half of seasoning. Begin seasoning your pork chops generously front and back.
    6 Pork chops
  • Add vegetable oil to pan
    1 to 2 Cups Vegetable Oil
  • Allow grease to reach 350 degrees
  • Allow cooking on both sides for 3-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  • Take out the pan and place it onto a napkin for 2-3 minutes to let the grease drain.
  • Enjoy
