Ingredients  

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for a bit of heat

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the dried herbs and spices: parsley, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if desired).

  • Now, take your ground turkey and sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over it. You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your taste preferences.
  • Gently mix the ground turkey and seasoning together, using your hands or a spoon, until the seasoning is well incorporated throughout the meat.
