Rub the butter over your turkey legs. Making sure to cover all of the legs
Wrap the smoked turkey legs in aluminum foil

Place in the oven for 3 to 4 hours or until meat easily comes off bone with fork. If you have a smaller turkey leg, check the cooking results at the halfway mark.
Take out of the oven then allow to rest for 5 minutes. Then debone.
