  • Mix those ingredients together well and set to the side.
  • In a medium-high pan, add your butter.

  • Allow the salmon to sear for 4 to 5 minutes or until the bottom of the salmon begins to change in color. **Don’t flip your salmon**
  • After 4 minutes, place your salmon onto the middle rack in the oven and allow to broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until your internal temperature reaches 145 Fahrenheit.
  • Slice your lemon into thin wedges and place it on your salmon.

Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place 4 oz salmon fillets in a shallow dish or ziplock bag and coat with the honey-garlic mixture.
  4. Put salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and save the remaining marinade.
  5. Cook salmon in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness. Cooking time may vary based on fillet thickness.
  6. While salmon cooks, heat the remaining marinade in a saucepan until slightly thickened.
  7. Once the salmon is done, brush the fillets with thickened marinade.
