How To Make 4 oz Salmon?
Preheat your oven to broil.
Add butter(melted), brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
Mix those ingredients together well and set to the side.
In a medium-high pan, add your butter.
Once the butter has melted, add in your salmon in the pan skin side down.2 Salmon Fillets
Season the salmon
Add your honey-garlic mixture over the top of the salmon.
Allow the salmon to sear for 4 to 5 minutes or until the bottom of the salmon begins to change in color. **Don’t flip your salmon**
After 4 minutes, place your salmon onto the middle rack in the oven and allow to broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until your internal temperature reaches 145 Fahrenheit.
Slice your lemon into thin wedges and place it on your salmon.
Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Place 4 oz salmon fillets in a shallow dish or ziplock bag and coat with the honey-garlic mixture.
Put salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, and save the remaining marinade.
Cook salmon in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness. Cooking time may vary based on fillet thickness.
While salmon cooks, heat the remaining marinade in a saucepan until slightly thickened.
