Why You Should Recreate This Beef Taco Soup?
Simple and Straightforward- The thing I love about this taco soup recipe is that you can make it in a matter of minutes. So, if you are in need of a Super Bowl soup recipe this might be the one for you. I’m just saying.
Flavor Bursting- One thing I can wholeheartedly say that I admire about this creamy beef taco soup is the texture and creamy cajun flavor! Talking about frito soup in a bowl!
Leftovers Even Better- Y’all when I tell you that I had to hide the small amount of leftovers I did have. I’m not kidding. As I mentioned above. My family devoured all of this taco soup. Well, at least they thought they did. Mama had a side bowl. Haha
Ingredients You Will Need For Beef Taco Soup
Ground Beef- I love the fact that you don’t need much meat to make this taco soup complete. You can use as much or as little as you like. I went on the light side because my family doesn’t eat a lot of meat.
Minced Garlic- I used this to give this beed soup a hearty, roasted, savory type of taste. I feel like this recipe can’t be made the same without this key ingredient.
Can of Corn- This has to be my 6-year-old all-time favorite part of the soup. The crunchy corn has a big presence in this taco soup. Just remember to drain the excess juice from the can.
Onions- I used a handful of sweet onions. Using those types of onions will help add a hint of sweetness but nothing too overpowering.
Taco Seasoning- I used the McCormick taco seasoning but you are more than welcome to choose your favorite homemade taco seasoning or store-bought.
