How do I sauté green beans?
To sauté green beans is simple. The only thing you will need to do is turn your pan on medium-high. Once you have done so place your butter in the pan and allow it to melt. You can also use olive oil in the place of butter. Once you have done that add in your fresh green beans and seasonings. Cook the beans until they are at your desired texture. So, there you have it a quick sautéed green beans recipe!
Ingredients used in this garlic green beans recipe?
Sea Salt–I used salt in this recipe to give the green beans to enhance the flavor. Without the salt, the beans will be somewhat tasteless.
Pepper- This makes the beans spicier and has more of a kick to them and let’s not forget that pepper also adds flavor into any meal.
Minced garlic- This gives the beans a subtle garlic flavor while at the same time enhancing the flavors that the beans already have.
Butter- Adding butter in gives the beans a base to cook in while at the same time creating a creamy consistency.
What toppings can I add to these crunchy garlic green beans?
You can use so many different toppings on your green beans. You can cook the toppings into the beans, or you can simply sprinkle the toppings over the beans. Either way, both are delicious. The toppings you can use are bacon, garlic, and Parmesan just to name a few.
