Start by cooking lasagna noodles to al dente perfection. As those mouthwatering noodles strut their stuff on the stovetop, prepare your savory filling by combining cream cheese and tender shredded chicken. I will finish the ingredients with pictures below for a better visualization.


Vegan- The great thing that I love about this recipe is that it is vegan friendly.

Turkey- Replace the chicken for turkey meat.


Spicy- Here is the fun part. You can make this recipe as spicy as you would like. Sometimes I like to switch up the seasonings to give my lasagna rolls more of a spicy kick.

Toddler Approved– You can always remove the buffalo sauce from this recipe if it is too spicy for your child.

Cheese- I only used mozzarella cheese, but you can get creative and use whatever you want. You can even go heavy or lighten up on the cheese. It’s completely up to you!


The equipment doesn’t take much and is straight to the point. You will only need a casserole dish, the pots you will be using, a spoon, a spatula, and you’re seasoning.


You can store these babies in an airtight container.  This lasagna will last in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. After that, from my experience, it got pretty dry.


Don’t allow the buffalo chicken lasagna roll-ups to bake too much over the recommended time. The cheese will become extremely hard. Once you warm up the roll-ups, they will become very hard and undesirable.

Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups.

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • Salt to your liking
  • Pepper to your liking
  • 1/2 Cup Ricotta
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Spinach Chopped
  • Lasagna Noodles
  • Fresh Parsley


  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Reds buffalo Sauce to your liking
  • 1/2 Stick of Butter
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella


  • Remove your chicken from the bone and begin to shred.
    1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • Next, to a bowl, add shredded chicken, ricotta, cream cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper then mix together well. Sit your mixture to the side.
    Salt, 1 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 Cup Spinach, Pepper
  • To a large pot add in water with a pinch of salt. Add in noodles and allow to cook until al dente.
    Lasagna Noodles
  • To a medium-high skillet, add butter, minced garlic, heavy whipping cream, buffalo sauce mozzarella cheese, and stir. Bring to a boil. Remove from stove.
    1 Cup Whipping Cream, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Cup Reds buffalo Sauce, 1/2 Stick of Butter, 1/2 Cup Mozzarella
  • Remove noodles from the water and lay 5 to 6 noodles flat.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto your noodles and begin to roll.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce to the bottom of baking dish. Next, add in your lasagna rolls. Pour the remainder of the cheese sauce over the top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Place a lid or a piece of aluminum foil over the top.
    2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Salt, Pepper
  • Place in a preheated oven of 400 for 20 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered.
  • Add parsley for garnish
    Fresh Parsley
