Honey Buttermilk Biscuits

Self-rising flour—I use this type of flour simply because it has a blend of hard and soft wheat and a few other factors that make for the perfect rise. No cornstarch chunks is also a plus when using self-rising flour.

Frozen butter: When you freeze butter, you prepare your taste buds for some of the flakiest biscuits.

Cold buttermilk: Chilling your buttermilk allows the biscuits to spread less quickly when you place them in the oven.

Honey- Adding honey to the top of your biscuits gives these buttermilk biscuits a delicious flavor.

Frozen buttermilk biscuits can be stored for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to enjoy them, thaw them at room temperature or reheat them in the oven.
