The first thing you will need to do is prep your ingredients so that when you begin to start cooking you won’t have to look for things. You need to gather your buttermilk, butter, honey, and your flour. Don’t forget to use your flour sifter. Using this will make sure you are removing all the lumps from the flour. Which in turn will give you more accurate measurements for your honey-butter biscuits.
Once, you have sifted your flour, take your frozen butter, and grate it into the flour. Mix the butter into the flour until the flour becomes a little crumbled. After, pour your cold buttermilk into the flour. Mix the milk until the dough becomes crumbled in texture. Take your hand and add a pinch of flour to the palm. Rub the flour over your hands or a rolling pin. Grab your dough and begin to flatten dough. Once you have done so, fold the dough about 3 to 4 times. Lastly, flatten the dough and take a 3-inch biscuit cutter and cut your dough. Add the dough to a baking pan. Make sure to place the biscuit dough onto the dish right next to one another. In a bowl add in some softened butter along with some honey. Mix these ingredients together thoroughly then brush over the top of your biscuits.
