  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt To your liking
  • 1/2 Pepper To your liking
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • Parsley Garnishing

Instructions

  • To create this recipe, start by preheating the oven to 375°F and washing, and slicing an entire potato into thick slices.
    2 LB Golden Potatoes
  • Add your chicken broth, squeeze lemon, olive oil, and seasoning to a cup. Mix all of the ingredients well, then lightly drizzle over the potatoes. Do not drizzle a lot or the potatoes will be soggy.
