- Prep your beef flank by thinly slicing it into ¼” strips.
- Chop the broccoli into smaller pieces, keep both the stem and broccoli floret chunks.
- In a bowl, add your chopped beef.
- Combine minced garlic, chopped ginger, water and cornstarch combined, brown sugar, sesame oil, and low sodium soy sauce.
