  • 1 Pound Shrimp Extra Large, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning To Taste
  • 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 Tablespoons Butter (Toasting Bread)
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 4-6 French bread rolls Sliced lengthwise
  • Lettuce Shredded
  • Sliced Tomatoes

Homemade Remoulade Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoons Sweet Relish
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika

  • In separate bowls add flour, eggs (whisked), and panko crumbs. Mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper into the flour bowl. Dredge shrimp in flour seasoning, then eggs, and last roll in panko bread crumbs.
