Drain Pasta – In addition, you want to go ahead and begin boiling your pasta in a large pot of water until al dente. Drain cook pasta and sit to the side.

Cooking Chicken- Next, began cutting my chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. The next step would be to season your meat thoroughly. Add your chicken to the medium heat pot with about a tablespoon of olive oil. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the frying pan and set it to the side.

White Pasta Sauce- add butter to a medium-high skillet. Once slightly melted add in your heavy whipping cream, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Begin to wisp the ingredients. Now, add in your cheese(wisp until it begins to dissolve).

Add in-Lastly, add your chicken and broccoli back into the pan then season to taste and stir well. Turn the stove to low and allow to simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. That’s it enjoy!!

The main thing I love about this simple recipe is that it can be done so many different ways.

Dry white wine- adding in wine will bring pasta can enhance the flavor profile and add a subtle depth to your comfort food dish.

Pasta- you can use whole wheat pasta in the place of regular pasta if the whole family doesn’t love the other pasta.

Cheese Toppings- instead of adding Parmesan cheese you can add cheddar cheese for no extra cost if that’s what you have on your pantry staples.

Mushrooms-make this white sauce chicken pasta recipe even more exciting by throwing in a few chopped mushrooms. You can chop them up into tiny pieces are enjoy them bite sized.

Casserole- turn this dish into a casserole by placing all of the ingredients into a baking dis. Make sure that you are adding in a ton of mozzarella cheese and baked for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

You see the possibilities are endless in this pasta with chicken and broccoli! One thing I will say to add a bit more of excitement to this one pot meal. This meal taste quite similar to the chicken and broccoli pasta Cheesecake Factory creates.
