  • Once your olive oil begins to sizzle, you must add your seasoned beef, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot with meat.
  • Brown all sides of your stew beef and remove it from the pot. Repeat these steps for any remaining beef. Add extra olive oil if need be.

  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Thyme Sprigs
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour Cornstarch
  • 3 Carrots Cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 Russet Potatoes or Yukon Peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth Low Sodium
  • 1 Cup Red Wine
