- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced

- 2 Thyme Sprigs
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour Cornstarch
- 3 Carrots Cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Russet Potatoes or Yukon Peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 Cups Beef Broth Low Sodium
- 1 Cup Red Wine

- Preheat your cast iron Dutch pan to medium-high.
- Cut your beef into bite-sized pieces and place it in a bowl.3 lbs Stew Beef
- To your pot add your olive oil. Once your olive oil begins to sizzle add in your beef, making sure not to overcrowd the pot with the meat. Generously season your meat. Salt & pepper to taste or whatever kind of seasonings you prefer.3 Tbsp Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper
