Ingredients To Purchase

  • Chicken Tenders- when making these skewers with pineapples. You can use any chicken you like. I love Trader Joe’s chicken thighs.
  • Fresh Pineapples- This is the main ingredient that will make your meal pop with flavor.
  • Fresh Sweet Peppers- the mini ones are just fine or you can use the larger peppers. I used a variety of colors such as red, orange, and yellow.

 Chicken Skewers in Air Fryer

Preheat Air Fryer- At 400 degrees preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.

Bite-size- Cut your chicken and pineapples into pieces. Try not to go to small. A chuck like piece will be fine.

Bowl- Add your chicken and seasoning to the bowl and mix well.

Assemble- Begin to add the chicken then pineapple chunks onto the skewers.

Air Fry- Place in the preheated air fryer for 20 minutes, alternating between sides at the 10-minute mark:

  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast skinless chicken breast or chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/3 Honey Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Adobo seasoning
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Sweet peppers Cut into bite-sized pieces(Any colors you like)

  • In a bowl, combine the honey mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and adobo seasoning to make the marinade.
    1/3 Honey Mustard, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Paprika, 1 Teaspoon Adobo seasoning
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well, ensuring each piece is coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight for more flavor.

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for a few minutes.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, prepare the pineapple chunks and sweet pepper pieces.
  • Assemble the kabobs by alternating the marinated chicken pieces, pineapple chunks, and sweet pepper pieces on skewers.

  • Place the kabobs in the preheated air fryer basket, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
