How To Make Creamy Crusted Parmesan Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast—Try to get a piece of 4 0z chicken breast and use the meat mallet method. This will help the chicken cook evenly.
  • Fettuccine- Cook the pasta until al dente.
  • All Purpose Flour- You can also go with wheat flour as well.
  • Eggs- The eggs on top of the chicken will keep you full for a long time. Protein overload.
  • Heavy Cream—This will give you that creamy consistency everyone loves, and it works well with the creamy Parmesan chicken.
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese- This is added to the sauce and the chicken.

How To Make Creamy-Crusted Chicken Alfredo?

Flatten Your Meat: Use a meat mallet to flatten your chicken evenly.

Seasoned To Perfection: Rub in all of the seasonings to your chicken.

Chicken Breading: Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and parsley, and one with Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

 Coat chicken breasts- Add chicken to flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Sear the chicken- Add chicken to olive oil for 6 to 8 minutes on both sides or until cooked through and remove.

Sauce it up: In the same saucepan, melt butter and minced garlic, then add heavy whipping cream and pepper to make the Alfredo sauce.

Al Dente: Cook fettuccine noodles according to package instructions.

Plate It Up- Combine the cooked noodles with the Alfredo sauce and top with the crusted Parmesan chicken.

What type of chicken can I use in this Parmesan-crusted chicken recipe?

For this creamy crusted parmesan chicken alfredo the only chicken I would ever suggest you use is a fresh piece of chicken breast. Also, using chicken tenders and chicken thighs wouldn’t be ideal, simply because they don’t hold the same shape you need to make this recipe.

Creamy Crusted Parmesan Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients  

Breading

  • 1/2 Cup All purpose Flour
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Chicken

  • 2 Lb Skinless chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Alfredo fettuccine

  • 1 Box Fettuccine
  • 1 1/2 Cup Heavy cream
  • 5 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp Salt to your liking
  • 1 Tsp Pepper to your liking
  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley chopped & fresh

Instructions

  • Use a meat mallet to flatten your chicken evenly.

  • Sear the chicken in olive oil for 6 to 8 minutes on but sides or until cooked through and remove.
    1 Cup Olive Oil
  • To the same saucepan, melt butter and minced garlic, then add heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
    1 1/2 Cup Heavy cream, 5 Tbsp Butter, 1 Tbsp Minced garlic, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Pepper, 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • Cook fettuccine noodles according to package instructions.
    1 Box Fettuccine
  • Combine the cooked noodles with the Alfredo sauce and top with the crusted Parmesan chicken.
  • Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
