  • Butter- Salted or unsalted butter works fine in this baked shrimp.
  • Lemon- About a teaspoon of a squeeze of lemon will work just fine.
  • Minced Garlic- You can also use a clove of garlic. You would need to mince yourself.

Ingredients  

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoons Lemon Squeezed
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 Teaspoons Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • Fresh parsley Chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • To a bowl add your shrimp along with seasonings and mix well. (Creole, garlic powder, and black pepper).
    1 lb Shrimp, 1/2 Teaspoons Black Pepper, 1 Teaspoons Creole Seasoning, 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and a splash of lemon juice.
    2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, 1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic, 1 Teaspoons Lemon
  • Place the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
    1 lb Shrimp
  • Pour the garlic lemon butter sauce over the shrimp, making sure each shrimp is coated.
  • Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they are pink and cooked through.
  • Remove the shrimp from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
