  • 4 Large Carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic powder

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Peel the carrots and slice them lengthwise into thin strips, about 1/8 inch thick. You can also use a vegetable peeler to achieve a similar effect.
