Green Beans- I used fresh green beans for this recipe. They are filled with flavor and cook easily.
Salt- to provide flavor and texture. As well as to help preserve the air fryer green beans, especially when meal prepping.
Pepper-Adds spice to the recipe while at the same time complimenting the other seasonings.
Garlic Powder- I used garlic powder to add a ton of flavor to this dish. It gives the beans a roasted garlicky taste.

The thing I love about these healthy air fryer green beans is that you can put any type of meat inside the beans in order to get a lot more variety. For instance, any leftover meat you may have for the holidays is perfect.
You only need to add your choice of meat, and you are good to go. I love adding in my smoked Turkey legs. The meat goes really well with the green beans.

I will tell you that these green beans are so easy to store and don’t give you any problems. You can store them for up to 4 days in the fridge or even freeze them in an airtight ziplock bag, then wrap them in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Reheating air fryer green beans should be done in the microwave. Just pop the green beans in an oven-safe container. Lastly, place them in the microwave for about 1 minute or until they have reached your desired warmth.
The first thing you want to do is to make sure that you preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Once you have done so, add in your green beans. Remember to spray with some non-stick cooking spray. Allow cooking for 8 minutes.
