The first ingredient is brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Place a saucepan on medium-high then add in your brown sugar, and heavy whipping cream then stir. Next, add in your butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Lastly, reduce heat to low, then stir until all the ingredients are dissolved. Enjoy your delicious caramel.

Do I need to use homemade caramel for this recipe?

No, it’s not necessary to use homemade caramel but I would highly recommend using the homemade version of caramel. If you just can’t find the time then you can purchase a jar of caramel from the store. Easy right?

How to make easy pecan rolls?

To make this recipe grab a can of Pillsbury flaky layers biscuits. Place some flour on a flat surface so that the dough won’t stick when you are flattening the dough. Next, place the dough side by side in twos. After you have done this take your hands and press the dough together as much as you can. Take a rolling pin and continue to flatten out the dough. Now add your cinnamon all over the dough and place down 4 tablespoons of butter. Once you have done that make sure the butter is pressed down.

Now, gently roll your dough long ways until it forms. Use a piece of thread to cut your dough into 5 to 6 pieces. Get a nonstick baking pan and add in your rolls. Place in the oven for the recommended time on the can. After, they are done. Add your homemade caramel sauce along with your chopped pecans and enjoy!!

  • 8 Count 16.30z Pillsbury flaky biscuits
  • 4 tsp Softened butter
  • 1/2 cup Ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup Chopped pecans

  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Brown sugar
