To make sheet pan dinners is so easy and convenient. It’s literally no mess to clean up after you make these sheet pan dinners. The only thing you will need to do is gather all your ingredients. Whether that is chicken with veggies or any kind of meat. Next, take some aluminum foil and cover the sheet pan. Add your ingredients to the sheet pan and toss them in the oven and that’s pretty much it!

So, as I mentioned above, sheet pan recipes are so simple and easy to make. It’s the perfect meal for those busy days we find ourselves having! Firstly, gather your chopped red, yellow, and orange sweet bell peppers along with your broccoli. Now, on an aluminum foiled sheet pan add all those ingredients. Next, drizzle olive oil all over the vegetables and mix them together. Now, tenderize your chicken breast and add it to your sheet pan. Lastly, season your chicken and drizzle honey over the entire sheet pan. Place in the oven with aluminum foil over the top for 40 minutes. After, take out the oven and remove the foil. Put back in the oven for 15 minutes and enjoy!

How to make creamy Dijon sauce?

To make this creamy sauce add Dijon mustard in a bowl with, honey, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix all those ingredients together. Drizzle over your chicken and enjoy my friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 Sweet Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Sweet Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Sweet Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 2 Cups Broccoli
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Creamy Dijon Sauce

  • ½ Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • ½ cup Parsley

Instructions

Seasoning mixture

  • In a bowl add in paprika, garlic powder, pepper, sea salt, and creole seasoning then mix together. Then mix over your sheet pan chicken and veggies.
  • Firstly, gather your chopped red, yellow, and  orange bell peppers along with your broccoli. 
  • Now, place aluminum foiled onto your sheet pan. 
  • Add all of those ingredients. Next, drizzle olive oil all over the vegetables.
  • Add your seasoning mixture to the veggies and mix them all together
  • Next tenderize your chicken with a meat mallet
  • Create space on the sheet pan for your chicken. Season chicken with the remaining seasoning mixture. Then drizzle honey
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes
  • Take out oven and remove aluminum foil then place back in oven for 15 minutes
  • Take out and enjoy!

Creamy Dijon Sauce

  • Add your Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Mix those ingredients together and drizzle over your meal.
