Like I mentioned before making cornbread shouldn’t be like open-heart surgery. I like my food simply made. When it’s made by me of course but if it’s someone else cooking LOL have it! So, there are only a few ingredients. The ingredients to this delicious cornbread are sugar, jiffy corn muffin mix, eggs, butter, and sour cream. and let’s not forget the honey!

1. Preheat your oven to 375 Fahrenheit Next, Butter the bottom of your cast iron skillet or pan and set to the side.
2.In a bowl add in your butter, eggs, sour cream, and sugar. Mix well.
3. Sift in your jiffy mix and mix until you get a smooth texture. Add to your cast iron pan or dish and spread the mixture evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle about 1 Teaspoon of brown sugar.
