If you want them to sit overnight place them on some ice and you are good to go, try not to freeze again unless you aren’t eating them right away. You want them as fresh as possible!

Just by looking at lobster tails you probably would think to yourself. How in the heck I’m supposed to get into that thing? Lobster tails shells are so hard u would even compare them to somewhat of a turtle shell. Anywho, let me get to the point. The easiest way to cut a lobster tail is to simply get scissors, hold the lobster tail firmly in your hand with the tail facing away from you then cut in the middle underneath the shell. Once you have done that take a butter knife and separate the meat from the shell. Thoroughly wash afterward. Pull meat out shell and place a lemon underneath meat in the shell. That’s it!

Lobster tails are one of the easiest things you can cook!! You just need to take your lobster tails and season the meat with all the ingredients you like. I placed melted butter, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small cup. Once you have done that use a pastry brush to apply the mixture onto the meat in the lobster tail. Then place in the oven for 15 minutes. There you have it!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lobster tails
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F/176C
  • Get a scissors, hold the lobster tail firmly in your hand with the tail facing away from you then cut in the middle underneath the shell
  • Then take a butter knife and separate the meat from the shell
  • Thoroughly wash lobster tails
  • Place a lemon wedge inside the shell underneath the meat
  • Place lobster onto cooking pan
  • Melt butter into a small cup
  • Mix in the parsley, black pepper, and salt
  • Take a pastry brush and apply butter mixture over the meat
  • Place in the oven on the top rack for 10-15 minutes
  • Serve with melted butter and a lemon wedge
